The present acquittal appeal has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 06.04.2019 passed by learned J.M.1st Class, Jamshedpur in C/1 Case No.774 of 2011, (T.R. No.50 of 2019), whereby the respondent No.2, has been acquitted from the charges levelled upon him. 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the matter has been settled outside the Court and the money has also been transacted. An interlocutory application being I.A. No.7621 of 2026 has also been filed to that effect. 3. This is a compoundable offence and since both the parties have compromised and the money has also been transacted, hence the present acquittal appeal stands dismissed. 4. I.A.
