Learned State Counsel submits that the charge-sheet was filed on 24.04.2024, charges were framed on 11.06.2024 by the learned Trial Court, and two witnesses have been examined till date. 3. It transpires from the order-sheet dated 10.07.2023 that when the matter was listed on that day, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is called, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, and in the absence of any appearance on behalf of the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere in the present case. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter due to the efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the Cr.MP is dismissed on this ground alone. 6. The petitioner is at liberty to raise his objection before the learned trial Court at appropriate stage, if the matter stills survives. 3 7. Copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court for the necessary information and compliance. Sd/- Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) (Ramesh Sinha) Judge Chief Justice Sagrika
