[2026:RJ-JP:4862] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1809/2026 Lalita Kumari Wife of Late Shri Kanti Lal, aged about 35 years, Resident of Mandwara Dev, Rohida, Sirohi (Raj.) ----Petitioner Versus Secretary, Rajasthan Service Selection Board, Rajasthan Krishi Prabandh Sansthan Parisar, Durgapura, Jaipur (Raj.) ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Bajrang Sepat For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 02/02/2026 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of some bona fide discrepancy in colouring the bubbles in OMR sheet with regard to roll number and answer sheet number, his OMR sheet has not been examined by the Staff Selection Board pursuant to recruitment process of Class-IV Employees Recruitment, 2024. He further submits that in this regard one representation dated 24.01.2026 has also been filed, however, the same has not been decided. 2. This Court examined the record of the writ petition and found that the representation dated 24.01.2026 was sent by the petitioner through registered post at 1:40 p.m. Admittedly, 25.01.2026 & 26.01.2026 were holidays and on the very next day i.e. on 27.01.2026, the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that his representation has not been decided. [2026:RJ-JP:4862] (2 of 2) [CW-1809/2026] 3. Such hasty attitude of the petitioner cannot be appreciated by this Court, however, looking to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Rajasthan Service Selection Board to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
