This appeal is filed by the learned counsel for the appellant along with I.A.No.2/2026 under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, praying to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the appeal. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying the application, delay of 40 days is condoned. I.A.No.2/2026 is allowed. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant was not a party to the proceedings before the learned Single Judge. However, the impugned judgment and order dated 14.01.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.575/2026 (KLR-RES) affects his rights. 3.
