By this petition, petitioners are seeking direction upon respondents to remove the illegal encroachment on the land of the petitioners under Survey No. 188 and 884 measuring 09 Kanals and 08 Marlas, situated at Hari Ganiwan, Kangan, Ganderbal, with further direction to respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioners’ states that he has filed a representation before the respondent No. 2, on 05.06.2026, for redressal of their grievances, which has been duly acknowledged and received by the respondent No. 2, on 08.06.2026, however, the same has not been considered by the respondent No. 2 till date. He further states that petitioners would feel satisfied if the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2, to consider and decide the representation dated 05.06.2026, filed by the petitioners within a reasonable period of time. 03. In view of above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 05.06.2026, by passing a speaking order, within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order. 04.
