This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused/petitioner, namely, Sri Baliram Prasad Gupta, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with All Women Police Station Case No. 02/2026 registered under Sections 115(2)/351(3)/69/81 of BNS, 2023. 3. The informant and the accused are both middle aged persons and it appears from the contents of the FIR that they were in a consensual relationship. The allegation is that the petitioner, upon promise of marriage, entered into a live-in relationship with the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner is a married man. 4. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 30.01.2026. It is submitted by the learned Addl. P.P. that in the meantime, upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted vide C.S. No. 03/2026 dated 28.02.2026. 5. In view of the above, the interim bail dated 30.01.2026 granted by this Court is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that:- (i) he can be available for trial, if one commences, (ii) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6. The petitioner may submit fresh bail bond before the learned Court below, whereupon necessary orders may be passed. 7. This anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. 8.
