The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of 31 guntas of land in Survey No.16/2 of Vaderahalli Village, Doddabelavangala Hobli, Doddaballapura Taluk. In the guise of surveying Survey No.30 of the said Village, the authorities concerned are trying to dispossess the legitimate property of the petitioner. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12745 WP No. 7075 of 2026 2. Learned counsel for the respondents together submit that the property situated in Survey No.30 of Vaderahalli Village is the property of the Government / Panchayath and further intend to survey only that property and mark the boundaries. They further submit that the petitioner can participate in the survey and in the process if required, they will also survey the property of the petitioner. They further submit that the survey will be conducted on 24.03.2026 at 11.00 a.m. by the jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records (ADLR). 3. For the aforementioned reasons, the writ petition is disposed of. 4. The jurisdictional ADLR is hereby directed to conduct the survey of Survey No.30 as well as Survey No.16/2 of Vaderahalli Village and the petitioner is permitted to participate in the proceedings. 5.
