The case is registered as MCC No.502/2022.Presently, this application is pending consideration before the 2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, C.G. He submits that the application for maintenance is pending consideration for more than 3 years and the petitioner is facing difficulty in the absence of any maintenance granted in her favour. Thus, the limited prayer is made that the learned 2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, CG 2 may be directed to decide the abovesaid application. 2.
