The applicant who is in custody since 14.10.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Kuchai (Dalbhanga O.P.) P.S. Case No.35 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 15(C)/ 22(C) of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella-Kharsawan. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that commercial quantity of narcotics i.e 471.51 Kgs doda has been recovered from the vehicle parked in the house of the co-accused, namely, Juwan Purty. Juwan Purty has confessed that he alongwith this applicant has used to do business of doda. It has been further submitted that the charge has already been framed. On the above basis prayer for bail has been made. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotics has been recovered and there is enough material to suggest that there is involvement of the applicant in the alleged crime, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, at this stage.
