The report of the Resource Personnel of this Court, however, clearly indicates that all the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled. It is further reported that Marriage Petition No. 99 of 2019 was decreed on 15.09.2021 by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pune, and that the FIR in question was also quashed by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2022.
