1. Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner Association is in continuous discussion with the Respondent Management and that some affirmative assurances have been given regarding removal of the shortcomings in the policy. He submits that there is, therefore, a possibility of resolution of the Petitioner’s grievances administratively and, accordingly, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition and pursue the issue administratively.
