Ghosh, learned counsel for the applicants This is an application under Section 151 of the CPC, 1908 praying for early hearing of the Regular Second Appeal No. 194/2018. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the appeal was fixed for final hearing on 06.03.2025 but the appeal was adjourned for four weeks on the prayer of the learned counsel for the respondents and thereafter it has not been listed for hearing till date. He further submits that the applicant No. 1 is an old and infirm lady of aged about 90 years and due to the long pendency of the appeal, the applicants are unable to enter into the suit property.
