1. The present Cr.MP has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and impugned FIR No. 29/2024 at Police Station, Kotwali, Durg registered against the petitioner and also quash the impugned order dated 07.12.2023 in Complaint Case No. 7949/2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg (C.G.) and order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Criminal Revision No. 214/2022 by the learned VIth Additional Sessions Judge, Durg (C.G.), with all subsequent criminal proceedings, in the interest of justice accordingly.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that he has no instructions from the petitioners in the matter.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 1/ complainant has also stated that his client is not responding in the present case.
4. Learned State counsel submits that charge-sheet has been filed on 09.08.2024 and charges have been framed on 16.01.2025 before the learned trial Court.
5. In view of the above, we are not inclined to interfere in the present case as from the submission made by learned counsel for the
3 parties it appears that the parties have lost their interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time.
6. Accordingly, the Cr.MP is dismissed on this ground alone.
7. The petitioners are at liberty to raise their objection before the learned trial Court at appropriate stage, if the matter stills survives.
8. The interim order, if any, granted earlier stands vacated.
