Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that inadvertently within the stipulated time the defects have not been removed and due to peremptory order dated 18.08.2025 criminal revision has been dismissed. She further submits that inadvertently it has occurred and in view of that the said criminal revision may kindly be restored. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no serious objection if the said criminal revision is restored to its original file. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Court finds that sufficient cause has been made out for the restoration of Cr. Rev. No.1585 of 2023. As such Cr.
