Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 16.01.2025 and 20.01.2026 at Annexures - F and G submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 16.01.2025 and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21946 WP No. 12723 of 2026 20.01.2026 at Annexures - F and G bearing in mind the recommendation of the Deputy Commissioner, Kolar District, Kolar vide proposal/letter dated 23.02.2024 at Annexure-E and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
