ORAL ORDER Sri A. Madhusudhana Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present. None appears for the respondent.
2. On the last date of hearing counsel for the petitioner has filed memo which reads as under:
“In the above case the Trial Court has given a finding that the petitioner is liable to pay a sum of Rs.1,03,134/-. The petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.24,832/-. He is ready to pay the balance amount of Rs.78,302/-, after deducting the sum of Rs.24,832/- deposited before the appellate Court. The petitioner may be granted 3 months time to pay the same in 3 equal instalments.”
3. Since there is no representation on behalf of the respondent and taking note of the contents of the memo and revision petition is of the year 2019, following order is passed:

ORDER (i) Placing the memo on record, petition stands
disposed of. (ii) Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification. (iii) It is made clear that if the balance amount of compensation as agreed in the memo is not paid, petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial Magistrate confirmed by the First appellate Court.
