None appears on behalf of the applicant to press this criminal revision on repeated calls, when the case is called out. 2 2. Mr. Anil Kumar Gulati, learned counsel for the respondent is present. 3. This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “(i) It is therefore most respectfully prayed that, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the M.Cr.C. No. 77/2023 from the court below. (ii) Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant revision and quash the order dated- 28.08.2024 passed by learned court below in M.Cr.C. No. 77/2023. (iii) Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant revision and award the maintenance amount in favour of appellant's as prayed/claimed by them in maintenance application u/s-125 of Cr.P.C. filed before learned court below. (iv) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 4. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief, if any, stand vacated. 6. A certified copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court for necessary information and compliance forthwith.
