02/ 15.06.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the I.T. ACt, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be illiterate Mazdoor and was engaged by Julkar Ansari for doing labour work. He also submits that Julkar Ansari has taken the PAN card and Aadhar Card of the several labourers and used to also utilize the ATM cards of the labourers and paying the amount. He further submits that even the bank Accounts of the labourers were being operated by said Julkar Ansari and he has admitted that fact on the confessional statement in paragraph no.21 of the case diary.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that however, the allegations are there that the said amount has been received in the Account of the petitioner.

Considering that the petitioner happens to be the labourer and he was engaged by Julkar Ansari and the said Julkar Ansari has confessed on the confessional statement in paragraph no.21 of the case diary that he has used the bank Account of the petitioner and others for paying wages to them, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
