By this appeal, the appellant/State assails the judgment and award dated 21.6.2006 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule in LAR No. 87/2005 which arises out of Wadi-Shewade project. 3. The learned AGP submits that this court decided the appeals filed by the original claimants arising out of the same project. 4. In view of the submission made above, the first appeal filed by the acquiring body cannot be considered on merits. Hence, the same is dismissed. Civil application, if any, also stands disposed of.
