ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:
"A. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ,
order or direction, directing the respondents:
i. to pay to the petitioners a sum of Rs. Rs.343.107 crores forthwith, along with

interest at 18% p.a. from the date the amount became due and payable till the date of payment, and ii. to simultaneously release all the bank guarantees furnished by the first petitioner towards the security deposit and EMD, and
B. Grant such other and further reliefs as are just, including the cost of this petition, in the interest of justice and equity"
2. This Court cannot go into these aspects whether the petitioners have done the work and the amount claimed is due. Hence, no direction can be issued to the respondents to pay the amount as sought in the petition.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 04.07.2022. Hence, there shall be a mandamus to the respondents to consider the said representation within stipulated time. It is further submitted that though the writ petition was filed in the year 2022, so far, the respondents have not filed their objections before the Court till date.
4. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent No.1 and no objections have been filed.

Considering the fact that the petitioners representation dated 04.07.2022 is pending before the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to direct respondent No.1 to consider representation dated 04.07.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
5. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER
i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
ii. Pending IAs., if any, shall stand closed.
