This bail application has been filed by the accused petitioner under Section 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 438/2026 registered at Police Station Nihalgan, District Dholpur for offence under Section 305(a) in F.I.R. and against the order dated 20.01.2026 whereby learned Trial Court dismissed the bail application filed by the accused-petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4), 305(A) of BNS, 2023. 2. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the counsel for the accused-petitioner, so also the fact that the accused-petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.01.2026 and his name has not been mentioned in F.I.R. and the offences alleged to have been committed are triable by the Magistrate, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits or demerits of this case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided that he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
