Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for records of the case from the respondents. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for considering the claim of the petitioners in objective manner and decide the representation pending before the respondents within a stipulated time frame- work. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the Petitioner for regularization on the post of O.T. Supervisor under the PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 Respondents and take necessary steps for the same in a stipulated time framework. 10.4 That, any other relief which the Hon'ble Court may deem appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners were appointed as contractual employee on the post of O.T. Supervisor on 25.04.2003 after due selection process pursuant to the advertisement dated 11.11.2002, since then petitioners are continuously working on the said post and thereby completed more than 20 years of service as contractual employees. Petitioners thereafter submitted several requests for regularization of their service and lastly have submitted representation Annexure P-9 and P-10 dated 07.04.2025 & 30.07.2025 respectively. However, till date no decision has been taken on the representations of petitioners. Therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authorities ie., Respondents No. 2 & 3 to take decision on the pending representations at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as the petitioners are not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking direction to Respondents No. 2 & 3 to take decision on the representations already submitted by petitioners, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, without entering into merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, directing Respondents No. 2 & 3 to take decision on the pending representations of petitioners Annexure P-9 dated 07.04.2025 and Annexure P-10 dated 30.07.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
