Heard on application for exemption of filing of certified copy of the order dated 01.05.2025 (IA No.1/2026) as well as on application (MCC) for restoration of WPS No.2661/2019 (Akalesh Kumar and Ors Vs. State of CG and Ors). 2. On due consideration, exemption is granted to file certified copy of the aforesaid order. Accordingly, IA No.1 is allowed. 3. Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons assigned in the application, this Court is inclined to allow the instant MCC. 4.
