Learned counsel for respondents raises objection with regard to maintainability of writ petition on the ground that petitioner is an employee of Bhilai Steel Plant and working on the post of Assistant General Manager (Internal Audit) and therefore grievance, if any, as raised in this writ petition would lie before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). 3. Ld. counsel for petitioner submits that he is not challenging any service rules but only seeking direction to pass order in departmental inquiry. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respondents that according to the notification dated 31.03.2010, service dispute or any PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 other order passed against the employees of Steel Authority of India Limited, it is to be considered by the CAT, this writ petition is dismissed to be not maintainable before this Court, reserving liberty with the petitioner to approach appropriate authority by way of filing appropriate proceeding for redressal of his grievance.
