The Writ Petition has been instituted seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to implement their order dated 28.05.2020. 2. The said order would show that the Assistant Commissioner, West Zone, Coimbatore had informed the petitioner that actions are initiated for removal of deity illegally installed by some unknown persons. Admittedly, the deity has been put up by some unauthorized person without obtaining any proper permission from the District Collector in the manner known to law. 3.
