KHAMAR KIRAN KANTAMNENI The Court made the following: ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C.,’)/Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused No.3 in Crime No.35 of 2020 of Arilova Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 447 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for brevity ‘the IPC’) and Sections 3 and 4 of A.P.Land Grabbing Act (for brevity, the A.P.L.G.Act’). 2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the previous occasion, there was no representation for the petitioner. Despite a direction issued by this Court for the appearance of the petitioner, the petitioner has failed to appear. The case pertains to the year 2020, and nearly six years have elapsed. 3.
