JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for both the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation to respondent No.2 - the Tahsildar for phodi and durasth of his lands. Learned counsel submits that appropriate directions may be given to the concerned respondents to carry out the phodi and durasth. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13563 WP No. 5354 of 2026 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader however submits that normally this Court would direct the parties to file online application for phodi and durasth. However, in respect of granted lands, since the phodi and the durasth have to be conducted simultaneously in respect of all the granted lands, sufficient time may be required to complete the process. Learned HCGP submits on instructions that land in question situated in the Sy.No.328 comprises of large extent of lands i.e., 108 acres. Therefore, sufficient time will have to be granted to the respondents to complete the phodi and durasth. 4. The learned High Court Government Pleader submits on instructions that the process has already begun. 5.
