The present application has been filed with the prayer for correcting certain mistake in the order dated 20-01-2026 passed by this court in WP(C) No. 561 of 2025. After hearing the submission made by the learned counsel, this court is of the considered view that instead of correcting the earlier order dated 20-01-2026 passed by this court, it will be more convenient to pass a fresh order, which are as under:- “Mr. M.
