Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that police completed investigation in the aforesaid crime and filed charge sheet, which was taken on file as C.C.No.374 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vinukonda, and that during pendency of the case, both the parties entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat on 05.07.2025 and, in view of SRK, J CrlP No.897 of 2021 3 the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become in fructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
