04/ 12.06.2026: Heard, the learned counsel for the parties.
2. This is application for cancelling the anticipatory bail granted in A.B.A. No.3600 of 2025.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.P. No.2 is named in the FIR. The deceased was fulfilling all the demands of the O.P. No.2, inspite of that O.P. No.2 who was living with him in live in- relationship has some disputes. She also submits that at the time of committing suicide, the deceased was communicating with the accused over phone and thereafter he committed suicide.
4. All these facts have been taken note of by this Court in paragraph 5 of the order.
5. There is nothing on record to suggest that any of the condition of bail has been violated or O.P. No.2 has committed any acts which can justify cancellation of the anticipatory bail. Thus, I find no merit, the instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
