Case No.55 of 2025, corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 19 of 2025, registered under Section 64 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Section 4/6 of POCSO, now pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 3. The learned counsel for the opposite party has opposed the prayer and submitted that the petitioner is the main accused and there is direct allegation against the petitioner. 5. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
