By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: ―a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus. b) Directing the respondents either to reconstructed DGD Nangloi phase-II Delhi after demolishing the existing dilapidated structure or till then carry out extensive renovation and upgradation of the same on an immediate basis so as to avoid any unwarranted and unfortunate incident in the endangering human life specially in the correct monsoon season.‖ This is a digitally signed order. 4. Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing on advance notice on behalf of respondent no.1 accepts notice. 5. No one appeared on behalf of remaining respondents, when the matter was taken up for hearing. 6. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 informs this Court that the necessary approvals have been received from the Lieutenant Governor (LG) as well as expenditure sanctions have been received as per the rules. She stated that now the matter is at the stage of submission of drawings by PWD alongwith the preliminary estimate. 7. Considering the urgency in the matter, the respondents are directed that the present matter be taken up in an urgent manner and be decided expeditiously. 8. The PWD is directed to ensure that the necessary drawings and the estimate is submitted to the respondents, within a period of three weeks from date. 9.
