The grievance of the Petitioner herein is that three of his bank accounts, namely, an Overdraft Account bearing No. 386305000220 and a Savings Account bearing No. Page No.# 3/3 193001500593, both maintained with ICICI Bank, and a Current Account bearing No. 924020037302185, maintained with Axis Bank Ltd., were frozen by the respective Bank Authorities without any prior notice. 3. This Court duly takes note of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dated 02.01.2026 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, wherein there is a Grievance Redressal Mechanism set up for redressal of grievances of the present kind. 4. In the opinion of this Court, the Petitioner herein would be well advised to approach the Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 along with his complaint and a certified copy of the instant order and the Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 thereupon shall take effective steps in terms with the procedure laid down in the SOP dated 02.01.2026 so that the grievance of the Petitioner is duly considered within the time frame mentioned in the said SOP. 5.
