JUSTICE SWARANA KANTA SHARMA O R D E R % 24.08.2026 1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers: ―...1. Direct the Respondents to forthwith initiate a comprehensive investigation into the affairs of the Respondent Company, its Directors, and key managerial personnel under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013; 2. Direct the Respondents to inquire into and investigate the submission of false, fabricated, and fraudulent documents by the Respondent Company, taking into account the records directly accessible on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal; 3. Direct the Respondents to afford the Petitioner a reasonable opportunity of being heard and permit the submission of additional documentary evidence to substantiate the alleged infractions; 4. Direct the Respondents to complete the investigation in a time- bound manner, preferably within a period of two (2) months, and This is a digitally signed order. Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this Court directs the competent authority to complete investigation in a time- bound manner i.e. within a period of three months from date, under intimation to the petitioner and this Court. 5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, in case the need so arises, by way of filing a fresh writ petition. 6. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of. 7.
