This petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, challenging the order dated 12.12.2024, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No. 221/2024, arising out of the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by learned JMFC, Bilaspur in Complaint Case No. NIA/1158/2022, whereby the application filed by the 2 petitioner under Section 45 of the Evidence Act has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the instant petition and seeks liberty to file the application of the similar nature before the appropriate Court after recording the evidence of the complainant. 3.
