Das, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. I have also heard Mr. A. Mobaraque, the learned counsel representing Respondent No.2. 2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed praying for stay of the order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-4, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati in D.V. Case No.202/2023. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides. 4. The applicant shall continue to pay ₹18,000/- per month to the Respondent No.2. However, the direction of the learned trial court to pay the arrear amount of ₹5,08,000/- shall remain stayed till disposal of the connected revision petition.
