For the reasons stated in the application and the documents enclosed along with the application, the prayer made in the application is allowed. 3. The appellants are directed to correct the name of Respondent No.1-C-(iii) and Respondent No.1-E, as prayed in the prayer clause of the application. 4. The application stands disposed of. The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. FIRST APPEAL NO.227/2022 1. The learned counsel for the respondents has filed the pursis on record dated 29.04.2025 informing thereby that the respondent No.1-A Saraswatibai Mahadeo Pawade is expired on 2 57 CAF 2111.25.odt 12.08.2023. The legal heirs of the deceased are already on record as Respondent Nos.1-B to 1G. 2. In view of this pursis placed on record, the appellants are permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.1 from the array of the respondents.
