1. Mr. A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Shobhit Joshi, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for respondent no. 1.
3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
(i) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to forthwith reverse and credit Rs. 2,49,011/- to the petitioner’s account No. 76016066017 with Respondent No. 2.
(ii) Declare the inaction of Respondent No. 1 as arbitrary and illegal.
(iii) Direct payment of interest/compensation for unlawful withholding of the petitioner’s money.

Learned counsel for the respondent- Bank submits that petitioner has remedy of approaching the forum constituted under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
5. This Court finds substance in the said submission. The allegation made by petitioner in the writ petition, if taken on its face value, indicates that there is some deficiency in service by the Bank.
6. Even otherwise also, the relief sought in the writ petition, can only be granted by Consumer Forum.

7. The writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
