This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the representation/review dated 05.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The contention of the petitioner is that he was removed from the service of the Corporation by the 5th respondent vide proceedings dated 10.03.2025. Aggrieved by the said removal, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the 3rd respondent. It is submitted that the said appeal was allowed, setting aside the termination order; however, the said order was not communicated or served upon the petitioner. It is further submitted that, in the absence of communication of the appellate order, the petitioner submitted a representation/review to the 2nd respondent on 05.03.2026, requesting permission to join duty. Despite submission of the said representation/review, the 2nd respondent has not taken any action. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. Considering the submissions made, and without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation/review dated 05.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the applicable rules and on the basis of the available record, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
