VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.07.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.5712/2023 (LB-BMP). 2. The complainant had filed the said writ petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the concerned authorities to consider his representations dated 27.10.2022. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11200-DB CCC No. 146 of 2025 3. The complainant alleged that one Smt. P. Susheela had carried out construction in violation of the building bye-laws. The complainant had sought directions to the concerned authorities for taking necessary steps in this regard. 4. The learned Single Judge had noted that Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] had already taken steps and issued a notice under Section 313 of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Act, 2020 [BBMP Act] to Smt. P. Susheela, who is arrayed as respondent No.4 in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition was disposed of. 5. The Court had also directed that after waiting for the period prescribed under the statute, further action would be taken against Smt. P.Susheela regarding the deviation in construction. 6. Since no action was taken, the complainant filed a complaint in CCC No.281/2024 which was disposed of by order dated 05.06.2024, directing that the order dated 24.07.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.5712/2023 would be complied with within a period of three months from the said date. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11200-DB CCC No. 146 of 2025 7. The learned counsel appearing for the accused submits that Smt. P.Susheela has preferred another writ petition (W.P.No.2017/2026) and in the said proceedings, an order dated 29.01.2026 has been passed restraining the respondents from taking any coercive steps against the said petitioner. 8. In view of the above, we do not consider it apposite to initiate any proceedings for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. 9. The complaint is, accordingly, closed.
