Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were provided privilege of anticipatory bail, however, the petitioners have not been able to surrender before the learned Court within the stipulated period as the petitioners are villager and have not understood the contents of the order. She further submits in view of that two weeks’ time may kindly be extended to surrender. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioners in spite of that the 2026:JHHC:17057 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 1558 of 2026 petitioners have not surrendered within time. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners two weeks further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 5.
