Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to describe the name as Sandip Kumar Das @ Sandip Kumar wherein in the FIR allegation is made of saying Sandeep Kumar son of not known. He further submits that by the said order anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner, however, the same was not accepted by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur as alias name was not there. He then submits that thereafter the petitioner has moved before the learned Sessions Judge for modification of the name of the petitioner in ABP No.72 of 2026 and by the order dated 17.04.2026 learned Sessions Judge has been pleased to modify the name of the petitioner as Sandip Kumar Das 2026:JHHC:17043 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 1555 of 2026 @ Sandip Kumar and the criminal miscellaneous was allowed and disposed of. He also submits that since this has not been modified in the order of this Court learned CJM is not accepting the bail bond of the petitioner. 3. In view of the above facts and considering that learned Sessions Judge has already modified the order dated 17.04.2026 saying Sandip Kumar Das @ Sandip Kumar and in view of that the name of the petitioner in ABA No.1392 of 2026 is modified to the effect Sandip Kumar Das @ Sandip Kumar and in view of the surrender time by way of further two weeks from today is extended. 4. Order dated 06.04.2026 passed in A.B.A. No. 1392 of 2026 is modified to the above extent. 5. Rest of the orders are kept intact. 6. This Cr.M.P. is disposed of. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
