In the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this court that the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Atmakur, Nandyal District, had accorded permission to the petitioner to conduct the meeting as requested. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as purpose has already been served. There shall be no order as to costs.
