Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 17.01.2026 passed by the Court of LXXXV Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Commercial Court, (CCH-86), Bengaluru in Comm. Ex. No.:721/2024 produced at Annexure A; II. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Court of LXXXV Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Commercial Court, (CCH-86), Bengaluru, to grant two weeks to the Petitioner to comply with the order dated 06.01.2026 at Annexure-"G" III. Pass any other orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3. On 18.02.2026, this Court passed the following interim order: “Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner- judgment debtor would deposit a sum of ₹10,50,840/- before the Commercial Court on or before - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12059 WP No. 1920 of 2026 23.02.2026 and in the event the petitioner does not deposit the said amount by that time, the petition may be dismissed. The aforesaid submission is placed on record. Re-list on 26.02.2026. Interim order granted earlier is extended till the next date of hearing.” 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo along with receipt for having deposited the aforesaid amount of Rs.10,50,840/- on 23.02.2026.
