JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 03/02/2026 After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer that the respondent authority may be directed to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 24.04.2025, passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, in Misc. Reference Application No.217/2020. Learned counsel for the Jaipur Development Authority (in short ‘JDA’) on instruction from the authorities, states that the JDA will decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of fifteen days, by a reasoned and speaking order.
