Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the from the respondent pertaining to case of the petitioner for perusal of this Hon'ble Court, if thinks fit in the facts & circumstances of case. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a direction to the respondent authorities concerned to disburse the remaining amount i.e, Rs. 1,30, 909/ of GPF of the petitioner within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an order directing the respondent authorities concerned to pay interest at the rate of 18% p.a. on the remaining amount of GPF from the date of retirement of the petitioner till the actual payment is made. 10.4 Cost of the proceedings. 10.5 Any other writs and directions that may be deemed fit and just in the facts & circumstances of case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled for GPF amount of Rs.1,95,848/-, however, according to respondent No.2, in his GPF account, only Rs.64,939/- is deposited. He further submits that in view of submission of learned counsel for respondent No.2 he may be permitted to file fresh representation before respondent No.2 & 4 raising all the grievance as raised in this writ petition and a direction be issued to respondents No.2 & 4 to take decision on representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit comprehensive representation along with all relevant documents before respondents No. 2 & 4 and in the event such representation is submitted by petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of representation.
