This is an application under Rule 23 of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court Rules, 1999, seeking transfer of the case bearing CRA No. 9900001/2017 from Jammu Wing to the Srinagar Wing of this Court. 02. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the criminal appeal was initially filed in the Srinagar wing but the same was transferred to Jammu wing in light of the circular No. 06 dated 18th December, 2010. 03. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that it would beconvenient for both the parties if the matter is heard at the Srinagar Wing of this Court. 04. The respondents, represented by Mr. T.M. Shamsi, learned DSGI, have no serious objection to the transfer of the case, as they are also adequately represented at the Srinagar Wing. 05.
