The prayer of the petitioner, father of the life convict Mr.Sundaralingam, S/o Velayutham (convict), aged 44 years presently confined in Central Prison, Palayamkottai, is for a mandamus seeking pre-mature release of the convict. His representation is dated 17.07.2025. 3. Mr.Muniyapparaj accedes to the receipt of representation and states that it is under consideration. The petitioner has also relied upon G.O.
