Learned counsels for the opposite parties have no serious objection so far as prayer for restoration of the writ petition is concerned. 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and being satisfied with the cause shown, the time for removal of defects granted vide order dated 17.05.2024 in W.P.(S) No. 7643 of 2023 is extended till 10th July, 2026. 6.
