3. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers: a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to issue/reissue/ renew the Petitioner's passport bearing Passport No. Z3937110 for the normal validity period of ten years in accordance with Rule 12 of the Passports Rules, 1980 and pursuant to the order dated 17.08.2026 passed by the Learned Trial Court This is a digitally signed order. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of. 7. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court by way of a fresh writ petition. 8.
